Regina Spektor announces Olympia Theatre performance

regina-spektorRegina Spektor has just announced details of a show at The Olympia Theatre Dublin. The concert, Regina Spektor’s first Irish headliner in more than six years, will take place on August 19th.

Born in The Soviet Union, Regina Spektor and her family left their country in 1989 and moved to The US. Regina studied classical piano and garnered a loyal live following in New York before self- releasing two albums. Her breakthrough album “Soviet Kitsch” was released in 2004. Two years later “Begin To Hope” was released, followed by “Far” (2009), “Live from London” (2010), and most recently “What We Saw From The Cheap Seats” (2012).

Tickets for Regina Spektor at The Olympia Theatre, priced from €33.50 go on-sale this Friday, April 19th from Ticketmaster.
