Free download – Hozier’s “Take Me To Church” EP

Andrew Hozier-Byrne, a.k.a. Hozier has released a four track EP titled “Take Me To Church” yesterday, July 3rd. The EP can be downloaded for free from Hozier’s Bandcamp page.

Before attending Trinity College where he studied music, Hozier taught himself to play guitar and piano. During his time at Trinity College, the co. Wicklow musician joined Trinity Orchestra.

The tracks sound remarkably good, so do yourself a favor and give them a listen. Even though Hozier is a solo musician, the EP is much more than a guy with a guitar. Hozier himself plays every instrument on the EP (except for the drums, where he got some help from Fiachra Kinder). The songs were recorded in the multi-instrumentalist’s home studio and mixed by Rob Kirwan in Dublin.
