Little Comets announce Academy Show

Little Comets have announced a show at Dublin’s The Academy on February 9th, 2014.

Last April, Little Comets packed out the Academy 2 much to our reviewers delight and stormed the crowd with a myriad of undeniably brilliant tunes. Now they’re back on Irish shores and have rightfully been bumped upstairs to the Academy’s main venue.

Robert, Michael, and Matt first met in a little greengrocers in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. They couldn’t deny their mutual abandon for Bowie, dalliance and limes, and it quickly became apparent that the natural progression for the friends was to be Little Comets. They blend bright rhythmic melodies that you can’t help but move to with dark, engaging lyrics to create anthemic tracks. The contrast is positively startling, in the most attractive of ways.
