We’ve compiled a list with our favourite ones from Friday, the 14th, all the way to St Patrick’s Day. Whether you’re into small gigs in a pub or shows at The O2, we have it all.

Check out all the gigs taking place this weekend.

Friday, March 14th

1. R.S.A.G @ The Button Factory – Jeremy Hickey a.k.a. Rarely Seen Above Ground (R.S.A.G.) is an Irish percussionist/drummer. His gigs are highly entertaining offering both music and visuals. It’s a free gig in Temple Bar, so no reason to miss it.

2. Shane Filan @ The Olympia Theatre – Shane Filan will play the last of his three Olympia Theatre concerts, part of his first solo tour. Check out some photos and a review of the first night.

3.  Sal Vitro @ Whelan’s – The Irish band will release a new single. Sal Vitro will support Status Quo at The O2 next month and someone in the audience at Whelan’s will win two tickets to the show.

Saturday, March 15th

4. Mary Byrne @ The Olympia Theatre – The X Factor 2010 finalist is headlining The Olympia Theatre on Saturday.

5. Vann Music @ The Button Factory – Vann Music are an electro pop band from Dublin. They released an EP titled “Electro Shock Dreams” last autumn. Here’s one of the tunes off the EP.

6. No Spill Blood @ Whelan’s – Dublin based trio

7. Country To Country @ The O2 – It is on both Friday and Saturday and it will feature Dixie Chicks, Zac Brown Band, Dierks Bentley on Friday and Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts and Chris Young on Saturday.

Sunday, March 16th

9. Kodaline @ The O2 – One of the most spectacular Irish bands of the moment will be headlining The O2 for the first time.

10. White Lies @ The Ambassador Theatre The indie rock trio hailing from Ealing, London, will headline Jameson’s St Patrick’s Party at The Ambassador Theatre. White Lies have released a new album titled “Big TV” last year. Support will come from Irish acts Darling and Funeral Suits.

Monday, March 17th

11.  St. Patrick’s Day @ Whelan’s Upstairs – Whelan’s will host many great acts on St Patrick’s Day in its upstairs venue, as well as in the main room. The stage in the small and cozy venue known as Upstairs at Whelan’s will host Segrasso, Thieves, Houdini, Silent Noise Parade, Soldiers Can’t Dance, Loop Culture, Whitetrash & the Spear Headed Sparraw Hawks, Watch The Sky, Galants, Bear Plays Spoons and BIRDS.

12. The Frank And Walters @ The Button Factory – The iconic Cork band formed in 1990 will headline The Button Factory in a show that will provide good music and matching ties (probably orange) for the band members.

13. Oldskool @ Whelan’s Main Venue – Seven piece hip hop group will bring their classic rap infused show to Whelan’s with songs from Grandmaster Flash, DJ Kool Herc, Sugarhill Gang, Run DMC, N.W.A., Missy Elliot, Kanye West, Eve and Jay-Z

14. All Time Low @ The Olympia Theatre – The American pop punk band will headline two dates at The Olympia Theatre. The first one will be on St Patrick’s Day.
