declan-orourke-since-kayabramWhere does the time go? Believe it or not, Declan O’Rourke’s debut album ‘Since Kyabram’ is now 10 years old and to celebrate this milestone, he will play a show in Vicar Street on 11 October.

Expect to hear old favourites from the album like ‘Sarah’ and ‘Galileo’ along with more recent songs from his 2013 album ‘Mag Pai Zai’. ‘Since Kyabram’ was an instant success when it was released in Ireland and earned O’Rourke international plaudits from the likes of Jonathan Ross, Edith Bowman, Snow Patrol and Paul Weller. Weller described ‘Galileo’ as “possibly the greatest song written in the last 30 years.” High praise indeed from the Modfather.

Tickets for the show will be on sale on Tuesday 27 May and are priced between €25 and €28.50.
