Europe have announced a tour in March that includes two Irish dates: The Olympia Theatre, Dublin on the 2nd of March, and The Ulster Hall, Belfast on the 3rd of March.

The Swedish rock band will be joined by Black Star Riders, and guests Live and Loud, in the UK and Ireland.

Joey Tempest says: “this is going to be amazing – to be playing with Black Star Riders is going to make for THE tour of the spring – just can’t wait to get back on the road!’

Both Europe and Black Star Riders are set to release new albums in early 2015, material that will be played in this tour alongside classic tracks.

Scott Gorham says: “when the idea of touring with Europe was presented we jumped at the chance. This is going to be a great tour and I can’t think of a better way to kick off the new album’s touring schedule”.

Tickets for the Olympia Theatre cost from 26 euro, including booking fee, and tickets for both Belfast and Dublin go on sale this Thursday, 2 October at 9am.
