Foo Fighters to headline Slane 2015
Foo Figters’ Dave Grohl has confirmed today that the band will headline Slane 2015.
In a radio chat with Rick O’Shea, frontman Dave Grohl revealed that Foo Fighters will play Slane 2015, most likely on May 30th.
Foo Fighters, who have just released “Sonic Highways”, will be the first band to play Slane since Bon Jovi’s appearance in 2013. No concerts took place at Slane this year.
There is no official information related to ticket prices, sale times or support for Foo Fighters at Slane 2015, but we’ll update the article as soon as they become available.
Besides their Slane gig, Foo Fighters have also confirmed a series of UK dates with Royal Blood for next year:
25 May – Sunderland, UK – Stadium of Light
27 May – Manchester, UK – Emirates Old Trafford
19 June – London, UK – Wembley Stadium
20 June – London, UK – Wembley Stadium
23 June – Edinburgh, UK – BT Murrayfield Stadium
