Róisín Murphy to play Electric Picnic 2015

Róisín Murphy is one of the first artists confirmed for Electric Picnic 2015.  She joins Belle and Sebastian and Jon Hopkins who were previously announced for EP 2015.

Having released her last solo album, ‘Overpowered’, seven years ago, Róisín Murphy is back with details about a new album that will be out in 2015.

The Irish singer-songwriter was one half of the electronic music duo Moloko. In 2005, Róisín released her debut solo album, “Ruby Blue”.

Today she has confirmed she will be performing at Electric Picnic next year.

Electric Picnic will take place on 4 – 6 September 2015. Tickets for Electric Picnic 2015 are on sale now.
