Rush tribute band, 2112, will play a 2 hour show at the Button Factory on Saturday, 28th February 2015. 2112 will recreate the classic Rush era from 1974 to 1981.

Expect to hear Rush anthems including ‘Spirit of Radio’, ‘Tom Sawyer’ and ‘Closer to the Heart’.

2112 are named after Rush’s fourth album released in 1976. On top of the music, the band will bring a truly stunning visual experience.

2112 are: Mick Lindsay – bass, Anthony T. Jones – guitars, K.J Murphy – vocals and keyboard and Ian Smyth – drums and percussion. The group formed one year ago to pay tribute to their favourite band, Rush.

This month, 2112 are embarking on a small Irish tour which will culminate with a gig at the Button Factory. Tickets cost €20. Doors open at 7pm.
