Bela Fleck and Abigail Washburn are set for Vicar Street show

Fifteen-time Grammy winner Béla Fleck and his wife, Abigail Washburn, have confirmed a show at Dublin’s Vicar Street on 18 November 2015.

While the two artists have separate careers, Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn have collaborated in the past, most visibly in their Sparrow Quartet with Casey Driessen and Ben Sollee. After a decade of shared gigs and a few years of marriage, the two decided it’s time to release an album as a duo, and the result was Béla Fleck and Abigail Washburn, which was out in October 2014.

Today, the duo have announced that they’ll perform at Vicar Street this November.

Tickets are priced €35, including booking fee, and go on sale this Thursday, 28 May, at 9am.
