50th Anniversary Dublin Beatles Festival
50 years after The Beatles took to Dublin’s Adelphi Theatre for two shows, the only two they would ever play in Ireland, the capital will go wild for them once again. The Dublin Beatles Festival will ensure Beatlemania returns to our streets once more from the 7th-10th of November this year.
The four day fest will be a culmination of gigs, art, plays, interviews, films and even a 1960’s style nightclub! The musical line-up will include bands such as O, Emperor, Reolver, The Gandhis, The Beatelles, The Rockets, Johnny & The Moondogs and even the band that Lennon himself formed in 1956 – John Lennon’s Original Quarrymen! What a line-up!
Tickets are now on sale over at entertainment.ie. There is a 10% booking fee for the Beatles festival tickets and a limited number of Creme Tangerine Early Bird tickets which will get you into the Opening Ceremony, both Grand Social gigs and the Finale Show at the Workman’s Club to bring your weekend to a Beatles-crazed close! Creme Tangerine Early Bird tickets are priced at €55.
Tickets for singular events range from €5-€20. Is the mania setting in yet?
