Cork’s premier festival, Indiependence, has bolstered its already impressive line-up with a host of new acts. With names like Manic Street Preachers, Sigma and The Coronas already on the bill, demand for tickets looks likely to escalate even further with this announcement.

An eclectic mix of acts, Irish and international, will be joining the aforementioned headliners, with names like Tom Odell, All Tvvins, Frank Turner, The Riptide Movement, Hermitage Green, Brian Deady, We Cut Corners, The Minutes and Raglans all banding together for what is set to be a highlight of festival season in 2017.

Indiependence has long been an advocate of up-and-coming young artists and they will continue this proud tradition in 2017, hosting rising acts including Overhead the Albatross, Stephanie Rainey, Fang Club and many more.

Since its humble beginnings back in 2006, Indiependence has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as a key feature of the summer months. After expanding capacity to host 10,000 revellers last year, the festival is pushing on this year and booking bigger names than ever before.

Indiependence Music & Arts Festival will take place at Deer Farm in Mitchelstown, County Cork from Friday 4 to Sunday 6 August 2017. The remaining tickets for the event are sure to disappear quickly, so get onto to secure your spot at Deer Farm in August.
