Following the success of their sold-out Winter Longing show in 2015, Mongoose announce Winter Longing II, a two-part series of poetry and music, featuring guest appearances from:
– Basciville – Brother duo from Wexford with an eclectic and soulful sound.
– John Flynn – Solo performance from singer, guitarist, and flute-player of contemporary trad outfit Skipper’s Alley.
– Stephen James Smith – Dublin poet central to the rise of the spoken word genre in Ireland, best known for capturing the essence of the capital in his poem Dublin You Are
– Erin Fornoff – Dublin-based spoken word poet from the Appalachian Mountains of the southern USA.
