Eric Pulido played The Workman’s Club last Saturday, March 23rd.

Eric Pulido joined Midlake as a guitarist in 2001, not long before the band recorded their debut EP. This year, the Texas native came to Europe for a solo tour.

The gig at The Workman’s Club was a very intimate one, with great communication between the artist and the 100-150 people that came to see him. In spite of some trouble on the way to Ireland, Eric seemed genuinely happy to play in fornt of his Irish fans.

Seating at candle-lit tables, the crowd at The Workman’s Club enjoyed Pulido’s concert quietly, absorbing every chord. A mix between some Midlake classics and Eric Pulido’s own compositions on top of his charming little stories between the songs were the ingredients for a very pleasant Saturday evening.
