Le Galaxie’s St. Paddy’s Day gig at The Button Factory

le-galaxie-button-factory-2Le Galaxie electrified The Button Factory on St Paddy’s day with their midnight gig.

As they always do in their live shows, Le Galaxie bring the party to the stage and give it to the crowd. Their dancefloor-filling tunes and contagios dance moves spread quickly and not long after they began their set, the whole venue was dancing. Even the people sitting at the balcony, who quietly enjoyed the  previous acts, couldn’t resist le Galaxie.

Without a doubt Ireland’s hottest electronica group, Le Galaxie lived up to expectations and went beyond last Sunday. It felt like Le Galaxie were mainly playing for themselves, that’s how much they seemed to be enjoying being on stage, yet they fueled their enthusiasm from the crowd’s positive reactions.

Le Galaxie have already been confirmed for many festivals in 2013, including Camden Crawl, Forbidden Fruit and Westport Festival.

Sleep Thieves, Ships and White Collar Boy also played the Button Factory on St. Paddy’s Day.
