Three shiny pretty guitars and a serious looking drum kit await the arrival of More Than Conquerors at The Dimestore Tent at KnockanStockan. Their owners take their places and proceed to rock the top off this red and white festival venue. A modern, edgy, polished guitar based performance follows laced with the surprisingly pure vocals of Kris Platt that soften the heavily laden guitars just when you least expect it.

Encouraging the crowd to embrace the barrier, this band are confident and with good reason. Slick guitar solos and stories run alongside the melody giving their songs that freshness, and keeping the attention of many who were a bit worse for wear. Formed in Belfast in 2009, they have UK and European tours under their belt already. Their debut album “Everything I’ve Learnt“ is out on September 30th.
