Ryan SheridanRyan Sheridan has just announced a record deal with Universal Music Germany.

His career saw a tremendous success moving from busking on the streets of Temple Bar to headlining sell-out gigs and supporting acts such as Bryan Adams, The Script, Rodrigo y Gabriela & Taylor Swift.

Originally from Monaghan Town, Ryan started his career as a teenager playing in pubs in the US. In 2004 he moved to Glasgow where he founded a band. After two years of gigging around Scotland, Ryan moved back to Ireland , but the following year he gave up music and started a business in his hometown. Feeling that his best performances were yet to come, Ryan started playing again after a two-year break with his friend and former band-mate, percussionist Artur Graczyk. Spotted by his current management team on the streets of Temple Bar, Ryan Sheridan signed a deal with local label Rubyworks, in the summer of 2010.

Ryan’s current hit “The Dreamer” was made famous by Heineken as the music for the new Heineken ad “Long Story”.

Don’t miss his appearance in Dublin at The O2 supporting The Coronas on December 14th.
