Seo Linn announce Academy Gig

Seo Linn have announced a headline show at Dublin’s The Academy on November 17th of this year.

The Irish trad/pop/dance sensations of the summer Seo Linn have gained over 2 million YouTube views with a cover of Avicii’s “Wake Me Up” with TG Lurgan as gaeilge! Add a performance on the world’s longest running chat show and you could say they’re doing pretty well. The six piece have been steadily gaining lotal followers online with their TG Lurgan covers and storming the live scene with cracking performances. This is a band putting a unique twist on some of the biggest tracks around and ever so wonderfully promoting the native language too. Speaking of the native language; the band have said that ““An Ghaeilge is very important part of why we love the band so much, and we believe an Ghaeilge is also a huge reason our projects with TG Lurgan have taken off so well. People want to believe in the language”.
