She’s a Beauty at KnockanStockan 2013 – Review & Photos
She’s a Beauty – KnockanStockan – July 28th, 2013
She’s a Beauty, an intriguing and unique band, took the Dimestore Tent stage on Saturday night of KnockanStockan 2013. With an array of different sounds She’s a Beauty in the length of one song can easily change direction three or even four times keeping it interesting and the energy level soaring. Being a nice change to see that all members are skilled at their instruments, the amount of talent radiating off the group was mesmerizing. The singer’s sweet yet sultry voice cast a spell over the listeners who were swaying from side to side during the more mellow numbers and stamping their feet to the upbeat ones.
Use of guitar pedals and synth intertwined with the melody lines to give the gig an electro/rock/pop feeling- it’s hard to put the boys into one single box! All members being important components of the group and having a unique style, She’s a Beauty are an underrated wonder that I’m sure with become more well-known in the near future.
