The Sugar Club

The Sugar Club is one of Dublin’s busiest venues. It’s located on the south side of Dublin City Centre, a few minutes away from St. Stephen’s Green Park.

The building that is now known as The Sugar Club opened in 1963 as The Irish Film Theatre. After The Irish Film Theatre closed  in 1985, the building remained unused for 14 years, until 1999 when it was reborn as The Sugar Club.

The Sugar Club hosts, besides live music, theatre, film and comedy.
